Jean Jacques André

Jean Jacques André is a seasoned operational leader currently serving as the Acting Operation Manager at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. With experience as a Regional Senior Operations Manager for North & Belgium, they managed over 700 employees and supported significant organizational transformations, including the implementation of a 4-day work week. Previously, André held various positions at Amazon, including Area Manager and Delivery Station Manager, where they achieved retail successes and navigated challenges during the COVID-19 crisis. They began their career with an apprenticeship at Enedis and earned degrees in General Engineering from ESSTIN and CESI.
