Jean Rowe is the Head of the Center for Organizational Resilience Excellence (CORE), recognized internationally as a trusted advisor in organizational resilience, security, and crisis management. With over 25 years of experience, they have developed and managed projects globally across more than 186 countries, including roles with the International Monetary Fund and Amazon. Jean has served as an independent consultant, designed programs for the UN Economic Commission for Africa, and has been involved in mentoring others in the field. They hold a Master of Science in Emergency Risk Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Hong Kong.
