Jeff Montgomery

Jeff Montgomery possesses extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, training, and development, with a career spanning from March 2010 to February 2018. Positions include Organizational Effectiveness Specialist Intern with the City of San Diego's Public Utilities Department, where responsibilities included employee surveys, group facilitation, and process mapping. Jeff has also served as a Learning Platform Specialist and in various roles at Amazon, including Learning & Development Specialist and Sr. Learning Technologist. Additionally, experience as a Training & Organizational Development Specialist at InnovaSystems International focused on enhancing employee development and productivity through strategic collaboration with executive teams. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
