Jennifer Geimer, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of industrial-organizational psychology, with a focus on personnel selection and development. At the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington, Jennifer served as a Board Member - Recorder, maintaining official meeting notes and participating in event planning. As a Senior Staff Scientist at HumRRO, Jennifer led projects in job analysis and test development. Jennifer's role as Managing Research Scientist at SHL involved leading the development of innovative assessment solutions, including virtual assessment centers.
