Jennifer Schrum

Jennifer Schrum is currently a Site Leader at Amazon, a role they have held after progressing through various positions such as Senior Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager from 2016 to 2019. Before joining Amazon, Jennifer worked at Thirty-One Gifts in multiple operational roles and served as an Order Fulfillment Planner and Operations Supervisor. Earlier in their career, they were a Sales Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods and spent several years at Finish Line as General Sales Manager and in other roles. Jennifer is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from The University of Akron and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Science and Law from Duquesne University.
