Jennifer Sorace is a strategic Human Resources leader with extensive experience in various HR roles, including positions at Amazon and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. They began their career as a Human Resources Intern, where they developed organizational development workshops and managed grievance processes. At Amazon, Jennifer advanced through multiple roles, ultimately becoming a Sr. Human Resources Partner supporting over 6,500 Senior Managers. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government at both Tulane University and Charles University in Prague.
