Jennifer Sova is currently the Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment at Amazon, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Labor and Employment at Amazon from 2018 to 2023, and as Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment Law at DuPont and DuPont Pioneer between 2010 and 2015.
