Jennifer Thomas is a Lean Six Sigma and PMP-certified senior leader at Amazon, where they serve as a Senior Manager in Last Mile operations. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Senior Quality Project Manager and Analytics Project Lead at Target from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Analysis Manager at Verizon Wireless from 2006 to 2010. Jennifer is currently pursuing education at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
