Jenny Chen

Jenny Chen is a Senior UX Designer currently working with the Amazon Dash Cart Team. Previously, they held various roles at Amazon, including UX Designer in the Device Design Group, where they launched 12+ voice assistant speaker devices, and managed the design of an end-to-end grocery shopping framework for Alexa. They achieved significant improvements in user experience and operational efficiency across multiple projects, including a self-checkout system that surpassed initial adoption goals and saved millions in costs. Earlier in their career, Jenny gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Boeing and as an intern at Gensler, and they also contributed to the education of students as a Teacher Assistant at ArtCenter College of Design, from where they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design in 2017.
