Jeremiah Egger

Jeremiah Egger is currently the Corporate Counsel for IP Litigation at Amazon, having held this position since 2025. They previously worked as an Attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2021 to 2025, and as an Associate Attorney at Latham & Watkins from 2019 to 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Judicial Law Clerk for both the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, as well as serving as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn LLP. Jeremiah earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds advanced degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
