Jermesha Reeves

Jermesha Reeves is the Head of Business Operations for AWS Region Services at Amazon, where they leverage 25 years of experience in leadership, technology delivery, and risk management. They previously served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Lending and Agile Transformation at Bank of America and founded a credit card fintech start-up, Fair Square Financial, LLC. Jermesha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Alabama State University and has earned Agile certifications from the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance. Actively engaged in community service, Jermesha volunteers for Universal Connections, Inc. and the Ronald McDonald House, while also being a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and various leadership organizations for women.
