Jesse Elizondo

Jesse Elizondo, MS, NREMT, possesses a diverse background in emergency management and healthcare, with experiences ranging from regulatory roles to direct patient care. At the Arkansas Department of Transportation, Jesse contributed to emergency management efforts, while previously serving as a conductor for Union Pacific Railroad and an EMS Specialist at the Arkansas Department of Health, where responsibilities included trauma training coordination and data reporting enforcement.
