Jessica Pinnock is a seasoned organisational psychologist with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles across various companies. Jessica served as an Associate Consulting Psychologist and Intern Psychologist at Work Dynamics, where responsibilities included recruitment, assessment, performance management, and organisational development. Jessica currently holds the position of Director at Mzanzi Consulting Ltd and previously worked as a Global Organisational Psychologist and Global Head of Research and Development at Amazon.
