Jessica Turner

Jessica Turner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supplier diversity and global expansion strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Global Expansion at Amazon since October 2021, Jessica leads initiatives to enhance engagement with small and diverse-owned businesses across the company's Worldwide Operations. Previously, Jessica developed and implemented the supplier diversity strategy for Amazon Grocery and held key positions at JLL and BMO U.S., focusing on supplier diversity and sustainability. Past roles include research assistant and economic development intern, along with significant experience at Aon and LaSalle Bank, where Jessica contributed to risk management and financial planning. Jessica holds a Master of Urban Planning & Policy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
