Jessica Wang

Jessica Wang is an experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate law and capital markets transactions. Jessica began her career as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from January 2011 to May 2015, where Jessica provided advice on public and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings and various debt offerings. Subsequently, Jessica worked as a Secondee in Institutional Securities Law at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing critical transaction documents. Later, Jessica became a Vice President in Company Law, advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters. Jessica further advanced her career at Amazon, first as Corporate Counsel in Advertising and later as Senior Corporate Counsel for Advertising and Corporate Business Development. Jessica obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
