Ji Hee Yoon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, Ji Hee Yoon focuses on managing same-day delivery customer experience worldwide, with particular emphasis on search customer experience and personalization.
