Jin Wang is a machine learning tech lead specializing in personalization, recommendation systems, and causal inference. With experience as a Senior Research Scientist at Lyft, Jin designed and implemented successful driver incentive programs and built production-scale machine learning models. Currently, Jin serves as a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, after previous roles including Statistical Scientist at Genentech. Jin holds a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from The University of Hong Kong.
