Jingyuan Deng

Jingyuan Deng is an accomplished applied machine learning specialist with extensive experience in developing and implementing algorithms in various industries. At Amazon, from November 2018 to the present, Jingyuan has advanced from Senior Applied Machine Learning Scientist to Applied Science Manager, leading a team focused on search ranking and recommendation systems. Prior experience includes serving as Data Scientist II at Expedia, where skills in machine learning and statistical algorithms were applied to enhance corporate security, and as a Data Scientist at Fred Hutch, where advanced machine learning algorithms were developed. Early in the career, Jingyuan worked as a Research Assistant at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and completed a summer internship in R&D at Procter & Gamble.
