Joan Segui Mercader

Joan Segui Mercader is a Senior Manager of Capacity Execution and Programs at Amazon, where they focus on enhancing supply chains and operations at scale. They manage a team responsible for capacity execution within the EU transportation organization, driving significant improvements and cost savings. Joan has successfully expanded middle mile capacity, developed labor planning tools, and implemented governance measures to optimize resource allocation. Previously, Joan held various program management roles at Amazon and had a brief experience in finance and risk at Accenture. They are currently pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering and a Young Talent Program at IESE Business School.
