Joanne Mulloy

Joanne Mulloy is a Learning Manager and BEAM Facilitator at Amazon, where they also serve as a Families@Amazon Board Member. They have a notable history as the Functional Head of Learning for the MME1 Fulfillment Center, overseeing a large team and implementing significant training projects that achieved millions in savings. Previously, Joanne held roles in learning and development at companies such as Tesco Underwriting and Lucite International, contributing to the effectiveness of training programs and compliance. Joanne earned a BA Honours in Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
