Jodie Webb has diverse experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Starting as a waitress at The Flying Childers, Jodie progressed through various roles, gaining valuable customer service skills and responsibility for order accuracy. After transitioning to The Crown Inn at Asfordby as bar staff, Jodie continued to build a strong service foundation. In the HR field, Jodie held multiple temporary and permanent positions at Amazon, serving as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, and HR Associate Contact, among others. Jodie also worked as an HR & Payroll Administrator at Clipper Logistics plc and provided administrative support at Melton Borough Council. Jodie's educational background includes CIPD qualifications in HR Practice and Management, alongside a comprehensive set of GCSEs and AS levels.
