Joe Malheiro

Joe Malheiro, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in managing large teams and driving organizational success. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional HR Manager at Amazon, Joe leads the launch of 27 Cross-Dock facilities across the United States. Previously, Joe held multiple leadership roles at Target, including Executive Team Leader and Senior Director of Stores, where a significant focus was placed on team culture and revenue growth. Joe also contributed to Amazon's HR efforts in launching facilities across the U.S. and worked at JCPenney as a Senior Merchandise Manager. Joe holds a B.A. in Communications from Maryville College.
