Joel Finkey

Joel Finkey is an operations and logistics-oriented MBA graduate with extensive program management experience. They currently manage a team of six program managers at Amazon as the Head of EU Small Business, where they drive growth through customer engagement and brand development. Previously, Joel served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, where they planned transportation support for 35,000 soldiers and were recognized for their leadership abilities. They also worked as a Business Process Analyst at Northern Trust, improving operational efficiencies and regulatory compliance.
