Joel Springer

Joel Springer is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, currently leading initiatives for Project Kuiper, focusing on B2C eCommerce and customer engagement. Previously, they held various roles at Amazon and Caterpillar Inc., including Project Lead and Supply Chain Manager, where they contributed to product development and logistics strategy. Joel served in the United States Army as a Platoon Leader and Chief Logistics Officer, managing personnel and aviation operations. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
