Johanna Lim

Johanna Lim currently serves as the UK People eXperiences & Tech (PXT) Director for WW Amazon Stores, a role held since March 2021, and also functions as the Director of Corporate Business Development EMEA, focusing on building corporate partnerships through commercial and partnership negotiations. Prior to Amazon, Johanna worked at BT as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, where responsibilities included establishing a new corporate partnerships team and reporting directly to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. Johanna's extensive experience at NBCUniversal Media spanned nearly a decade, holding several senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of International Transactional & Business Insights, where leadership extended to the Digital Transactional business outside North America. Earlier roles included strategic corporate business development at Virgin and Spectrum Strategy Consultants, with a strong academic background in Economics and Corporate Finance from prestigious institutions like the University of Oxford and London Business School.
