John Boumphrey has extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies, including Amazon, where significant positions included Vice President for Consumables Programs and Fashion Europe, as well as Country Manager for the UK & Ireland from 2016 to 2018. Prior to Amazon, John held various director roles in Amazon UK and served as Trading Director and Head of Strategic Development at Home Retail Group from 2008 to 2011. John began a career at Bain & Company as a Manager from 1998 to 2006. Educationally, John holds an MA with Honors in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
