John Edwards

John Edwards is the Head of Cardmember Experiences for Prime Visa, where they manage a team responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of Prime Visa card users. They earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College.
