John Low

John Low is an experienced professional with a strong background in resource planning, operations research, and data analytics. At Vanguard, from August 2016 to March 2018, John served as a Resource Planning Analyst, Operations Research Consultant, and later as a Data and Analytics Manager, where responsibilities included demand forecasting, optimizing staffing strategies, developing Python and SQL models, and leading teams focused on client services operations. Additionally, John held roles as a Business Reporting Analyst and Senior Operations Research Consultant, contributing significantly to the transformation of Vanguard's Retail Division. Since July 2022, John has progressed to a Senior Business Analyst position in Amazon's People, Experience and Technology division, focusing on application development for MyHR and AtoZ. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The College of William and Mary, and has engaged in advanced studies at Washington University in St. Louis.
