John Marion

John Marion is a Senior Program Manager in Amazon.com's Buy with Prime program, leading the Merchant Support organization. With over 13 years at Amazon, John has managed operations across various programs, including Amazon Fresh and Prime Air, and played key roles in launching multiple fulfillment sites. Prior to their time at Amazon, John served over seven years as a Captain in the Army's Aviation branch, accumulating nearly 1,500 flight hours and overseeing operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. John holds a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. They are also a certified Amazon Bar Raiser, skilled in process improvement and data analysis.
