John Mellen, CPP, is a seasoned Loss Prevention and Operations Leader with extensive experience in law enforcement and operational management. They advanced through the ranks from Police Officer to Police Sergeant at the University of Louisville, during which they developed and led a security team and implemented innovative strategies that reduced asset losses. At Amazon, John served as Loss Prevention Manager III, where they created a framework that significantly increased compliance and saved $453K annually.
