John Terzo

John Terzo is currently a Regional Director at Amazon, where they provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple facilities across Dallas and Miami, managing a large team and leading initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, they served as a Site Leader at Amazon, launching operations in Alabama and expanding capacity in Texas while enhancing network connectivity. John has also held various leadership roles in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors at Electrolux, including Director of Operations and Supply Chain Director. They earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University and hold advanced degrees in psychology and counseling from Middle Tennessee State University.
