John Tusher is the Regional Learning Manager for the Reverse Logistics Organization at Amazon, where they are responsible for the training and development of over 5,000 associates and leaders across North America. With over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing effective training programs for various roles, they have a proven track record in enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational excellence. Prior to Amazon, Tusher held leadership positions at modern-twist, AESTHETIC MOVEMENT, and Faribault Woolen Mill Co., driving sales growth and strategic planning in each role. They are a former founder and CEO of Velocity Art And Design, one of the first e-commerce platforms for modern home furnishings. Tusher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from the University of California, Riverside and continues their education there.
