John Wren

John Wren, CPP, has extensive experience in security management and law enforcement, spanning over two decades. Wren's career includes roles as Security Manager with Amazon Corporate Security since July 2025, and previously as Security Manager at TorchStone Global from September 2024 to July 2025. Wren served as Region Manager at Guardsmark from 2010 to 2016, following a tenure as Director of Safety and Security at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center from 2006 to 2010. Wren also held the position of Director of Operations supporting SHVO at JLL from July 2019 to May 2022, and as Regional Manager at Sunstates Security from May 2022 to September 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President Security for Woodforest National Bank from 2016 to 2017, and a lengthy tenure as a Master Peace Officer in various law enforcement roles from 1996 to 2019. Wren holds a Master's degree in Security Management for Executives from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
