Johnelle Stirt

Johnelle Stirt is a Sr. Manager of Global Learning and Development at Amazon, where they manage a global L&D product team that supports over a million Amazonians by providing a world-class job training experience. Previously, Johnelle held various positions at Amazon, including Learning Operations Manager, Sr. Learning Business Partner, and Area Manager. Johnelle also served as Director of Operations at The Cambridge School and worked as a Financial Planner and Investment Advisor Associate at Jeff Sprowles and Associates, LLC. Johnelle earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
