Jon Maack

Jon Maack, PHR, has extensive experience in engineering and human resources, beginning with a role as an Engineer at Hawker Beechcraft from January 1994 to December 2001. Following this, Jon worked as a Design Engineer at B/E Aerospace from March 2002 to August 2007, contributing to the development of Oxygen System and Beverage Maker components. Jon also held various positions at Amazon, including ISS Field Representative and most recently, Human Resources Business Partner since July 2023. Other notable roles include Contract Engineer at GE Aircraft Engines, Customer Support Representative at Groupon, and multiple human resources positions, such as Staffing Ambassador and Seasonal Staffing Coordinator, demonstrating versatility across industries. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Wichita State University and a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
