Jonathan Byars

Jonathan Byars is a Senior People, Experience, and Technology Leader at Amazon, where they oversee the performance of Senior Human Resources Leaders across the United States and manage upwards of 30,000 Associates. Previously, Jonathan held roles at Target as a Senior Director and Store Team Leader, and served as a VP at Bank of America, managing extensive teams. They have also worked as a Lead Branch Manager at US Bank. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Political Science and Government from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is currently pursuing further education at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
