Jonathan Consford has extensive experience in operations management and leadership within military and civilian sectors. Serving in the US Navy from July 1993 to February 1999, Consford held various roles including Navy Sailor and Senior Enlisted Leader, where responsibilities included advising on personnel decisions and managing operations for significant personnel groups. Subsequent roles included leadership positions on submarines such as USS NEBRASKA and USS CHEYENNE, as well as Senior Operations Manager roles that impacted over 1,100 military and civilian personnel. Currently, Consford serves as an Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Amazon since May 2020. Jonathan Consford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and attended Texas A&M University's Mays Business School from 1993 to 2019.
