Jonathan Schmitz is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Regional General Manager of Amazon Fulfillment, where they lead the operations of multiple geographically dispersed fulfillment centers. With a distinguished military career spanning 23 years, they held prestigious roles, including Commanding Officer of the USS Fitzgerald and Military Aide to the Vice President. Jonathan has demonstrated exceptional leadership through managing diverse teams in high-pressure environments, and they have developed key international military relationships in their previous role as Branch Chief at U.S. European Command. They hold a Master's degree in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy.
