Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams is currently a Failure Analysts Lab Manager at Amazon, where they oversee project planning, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic analysis. Jonathan previously served as an Area Manager at Amazon, managing day-to-day reverse logistics operations for various devices across North America. Their military experience includes roles as a Search and Extraction Team Lead and Firearms Instructor with the Florida Army National Guard, as well as various positions in the United States Marine Corps. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management and an Associate of Science in Emergency Management & Administration, both from Northwest Florida State College.
