Joseph Idziorek

Joseph Idziorek is currently the Director of Product Management for Nonrelational Databases at Amazon Web Services, where they lead product management teams for services such as DocumentDB, DynamoDB, and ElastiCache. Previously, Joseph held various roles at Amazon, including Director of Product Management for Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon Keyspaces, and Senior Product Manager for DynamoDB Accelerator and Amazon DocumentDB. Joseph has also worked as a Product Manager at Microsoft and began their career as a Research Intern at IBM, where they earned a patent for research in distributed stream processing. They hold a PhD in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from St. Cloud State University, where they also created and taught a computer security course.
