Joseph Murray is currently the Europe Lead for Operations Internal Communications at Amazon, where they develop communication strategies to address operational issues. Previously, they held roles in various organizations, including American Express as Global Communications Manager and Rolls-Royce as Head of Internal Communications. Joseph's career spans expertise in employee engagement, business strategy, and crisis management, with a notable tenure as Communications Officer for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award International Association. They earned a BA (Hons) in Communication Processes from the University of Humberside & Lincolnshire.
