Currently serving as the Site Lead for Worldwide Transportation Returns Operational Excellence at Amazon, Josh drives strategy and process innovation across a global returns network. With a foundation in civil engineering and an MBA, Josh combines analytical depth with operational agility, passionately mentoring emerging leaders and implementing performance management frameworks.
