Joshua Cercone

Joshua Cercone, MBA, currently serves as a WHS Regional Manager III at Amazon, where they lead safety initiatives focused on program standardization, risk mitigation, and employee experience for over 11,500 employees. Previously, they held roles in environmental health and safety, developing compliance systems and sustainability initiatives across multiple regions. Joshua earned an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Stark State College and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Kent State University, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Blue Sky Therapy, gaining expertise in ergonomic and behavioral risk assessments.
