Joshua Conde

Joshua Conde holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. They began their career as an Engineering Intern at JJC Services LLC, where they applied engineering principles to practical challenges. Currently, as an Engineering Project Manager at Amazon, Joshua coordinates the planning and execution of complex logistics solutions for the expansion of the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. Previously, in a Project Manager role at UPS, they achieved a $10 million reduction in operating costs across multiple sites by optimizing automated material handling systems. Joshua is passionate about contributing to the success of their employers and colleagues through dedicated collaboration and continuous learning.
