Joshua McGregor

Joshua McGregor possesses a diverse background in management, education, and business development. As General Manager at Brick New York from April 2014 to June 2017, Joshua led a team of over 30 employees, managed the buildout of a new location, and executed revenue-generating events. Prior to this, as the Managing Owner of CrossFit Englewood, Joshua built the business from the ground up and focused on community relationships. Experience at Kettlebell Kitchen involved roles as Account Manager and Business Development Manager, where Joshua developed partnerships with university athletic departments and strategized product placement. Currently, as Operations Manager II at Amazon since February 2020, leadership of large teams and process improvements have been key responsibilities. Additionally, Joshua served as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education, creating impactful programs for underprivileged students. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Special Education from St. John's University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Delaware State University.
