Joshua Persons, RMIC, has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering roles, having worked at Amazon since April 2018 in various capacities, including Network Benchmarking & Quality Engineer, Facilities Tech, and currently as Area Maintenance Manager. Joshua's responsibilities have included maintaining and troubleshooting material handling systems, developing training and preventive maintenance programs, and managing project-related tasks. In addition, Joshua has served as a Maintenance Manager at URA/Arrow Legacies since March 2014 and has held a Business Development Executive position at amazon.com since May 2019.
