Joshua Teeter

Joshua Teeter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources, currently holding a Director position at Amazon since February 2005. With a background in managing large teams and driving process improvements, Joshua has successfully led multiple fulfillment centers, overseeing workforce management of up to 6,000 employees while implementing LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize operations. Prior to Amazon, Joshua served as a Cryptologic Linguist in the Army and managed a team at Contractor's Warehouse. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Arabic from Excelsior University and two Associate degrees in Arabic from Monterey Peninsula College and the Defense Language Institute.
