Joyce Fu is a result-driven leader and Sr. Technical Project Manager at Amazon, currently driving innovation projects within the Consumer Purchasing Experience organization. With extensive experience in software development, they have successfully applied Agile/Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies to optimize complex software product delivery in the healthcare sector. Prior to Amazon, they held various roles at GE Healthcare, where they led cross-functional teams in delivering a customer-focused diagnostic imaging platform. Joyce began their career as a Software Engineer at Western Atlas International Incorporated, designing software systems for geophysical data analysis. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Montana and hold a Bachelor’s degree from the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
