JR Maxwell has extensive experience in program management and customer service across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Program Specialist in Content at Amazon since May 2017, JR previously held various roles at State Farm ® from March 2014 to May 2017, including Total Loss Claims Specialist and Express Claims Associate. Earlier experience includes positions at Xerox as a Production Control Associate and Customer Service Representative from February 2010 to February 2014, as well as roles in administrative support at Central Washington University and Manheim. JR holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Central Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Whittier College.
