Julia Hartley

Julia Hartley, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon, where they have been instrumental in HR strategy and management since 2020. Prior to their current role, Julia held positions such as Recruiter at HMEA, Inc., HR Manager at TLC Janitorial Inc., and Adult Mental Health Case Manager at WestCare Foundation. Julia began their career as a Clinical Case Manager at Community Care Alliance and interned with Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Southern New Hampshire University while holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nichols College.
